I'm a software developer who has built large scale systems (0 - 1 million users over night) and incredibly effective cross functional teams (250+ interviews, 40+ amazing hires). Decided to jump off the career ladder again as my dream has always been to create my own businesses. NOTE: I do not do mock leetcode interviews. I spent my career finding better interview formats, but that won't help you as very few people interview the way I do.

This is a tough one because it depends so much on the person and the situation they are in. I'm sure I handled being laid off very differently from most. I saw 3 rounds of layoffs in my first internship nearly 20 years ago and so my perspective on employment is different.
