As I have grown into a more senior role and led different projects over the past couple of years, I feel that the one thing I am missing out on is the opportunity to give back to the community what I have learned over the years. I want to listen to different perspectives, understand what challenges people face, and help them take on these challenges by offering guidance. I would also like to find a mentor who could help me understand how I can grow as a professional.

Here’s what Merit users have said about Aadil
If you want to stand out as an entry level developer, you would need to demonstrate that you can work fairly independently despite being inexperienced. Employers would prefer to hire someone who doesn't require a lot of handholding to get started on the job. This means completing a couple of personal projects that cover a good range of React concepts while also solving real world problems of easy to medium complexity. Having said that, I recognize the fact that this is easier said than done, but if you have time to build your profile, then the effort is worth it. It's important to remember that everyone has a different journey, and there is no universally agreed upon formula for success. I wish you best of luck, and feel free to get in touch if you need help or advice.
