With over a decade of experience in education, I am preparing to transition into product management to build products that will help remove financial disincentives for teachers, so that they can stay in education for longer. I'm in my second PM certification course at Product School, enrolled in Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner courses, and plan to take the PMP exam in the spring. I also have two projects to develop and demonstrate my PM skills: developing a product management bootcamp for first graders, partnership with an accessibility app and writing initial software requirements for 403b administrators.
