How do you become a product manager after leading internal products?

I’m a Product Owner who’s been leading internal products for several years, including: coordinating with cross-functional teams, feature prioritization, roadmap development, product adoption, and more. I want to move into owning customer facing products as a Product Manager. How do I get started making that transition internally or at a different company?
