I think I need to start basing my interest in companies on how they go about technical interviews. My stress and confidence are completely different based on the style and format. I am certain my performance is different to at least some degree, despite my coming up with ways to try to bridge the gap and adapt. I am hoping folks with more experience might share their thoughts or some stats or resources on this topic. What's the best style of interview that indicates a good internal development culture? And what's the best style for non-trad folks, women, LGBTQ+ folks, POC? I can speak to my experiences as someone "diverse" in this field, but that is very different than speaking in a way that I trust represents the collective experiences and interests of other folks.
