I mean I have undergone mentoring, but it was through scheduling sessions. Well, if you want to ask someone to mentor you like maybe on LinkedIn or anywhere, how do you do it? What's the process basically?

Assuming you are talking about finding mentors more generally (i.e. outside of Merit).

It goes into detail how to find and pick mentors, structure the sessions and relationships.
