Hello! My name is Vera, and I am a Startup-savvy mid-level Product Designer at Gen AI Startup in San Francisco with a diverse professional background that includes prior experience in Public Relations and Performance Marketing. I am skilled in designing web & mobile apps, and design systems for tech companies. As a sole designer at a Gen AI Startup I am involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next feature to conducting usability study and tweaking pixels. I help to define and synthesize user requirements, as well as design end-to-end flows and visuals for the core chat and voice user experience. In terms of details, I have been leading five projects there. One of them is a huge project of creating an original Design System. The different projects are: billing process, create account flow, create persona flow, core experience (chat and voice exp.) I recall my transition from PR and marketing to design. I felt lost and needed a clear road map. This challenging journey ultimately improved my skills.
