Hereβs what Merit users have said about Urim
I liked how Urim asked me a lot of questions to better understand who I am, where I am in my career, and what struggles I'm currently facing. I've been feeling a little burnt out at work and answering his questions helped me verbalize feelings and thoughts that I've been having but haven't had the time to articulate. Urim also does a great job of making me feel important and that my ideas/ concerns are valid. I liked how he gave me space to ask questions throughout the session and made it clear that he wouldn't be offended if I didn't book a session with him again. Tactically what made the session good: - begins by telling me how he can help me so I can think of good questions to ask/ bring up - shares personal experience which I find valuable because I don't have exposure to what's "good" or "bad" product practice at work
I appreciate how Urim tries to figure out the underlying issues I maybe be encountering when I want to discuss a topic that appears to be vague. Such as this first session, where I'm simply lost when it comes to measuring success -- I initially believed I just needed to focus on the numbers (quantitative), but Urim let me know that this is really first dependent on the business goals.
