My family and I came to the States 27 years ago with couple of suitcases. Experiences that followed shaped how I view career, creativity and relationships. In my last role I led a team of 25 (PMs and UX of various levels) and have been managing teams for over a decade. Where I am professionally is purely a result of grit, determination and actively seeking guidance and mentorship from others. At the beginning of the year I decided to take a year off work, spend the time focusing on projects that fill me with purpose, recover from pandemic burnout and discover a new path forward. I have been mentoring for over 15 years formally and informally. I thrive when others around me thrive.
