Sandra Ike

I am a UI/UX designer with around 2 years wealth of experience in designing experiences that are usable, beautiful and makes human lives better. I am currently solving problem in the edtech sector with Pave, where I champion the the user interface and experience design. Before my design journey, I was a technical performance manager, managing performances of the teams in the company. Before transitioning into design, I worked as a performance manager. I didn't get a smooth transition because I had no proper guidance. My aim of mentoring is to help people a seamless transition into tech; answer their questions about how to transition into tech, getting their first design job or any question they may have, let them know what is to be expected and guide them through from my experiences.
