I joined Drift as the first PM (employee #6) at $0 in revenue in 2015. We were acquired for $1.2B in September 2021 at about 600 employees while I was still there. I worked in almost every role across the business as the company grew and scaled. I've also worked at HubSpot during their IPO phase and a whole bunch of other early stage startups that didn't end up working out.
I've learned so much over the course of my journey in tech and am so excited to have an opportunity to help others, especially underrepresented folks, get a leg up and learn from some of my many mistakes I've made or ones I've seen others make without realizing!
