Prior to working at Meta, I managed a team of 30+ software engineers, solutions engineers, tech support, and professional services employees (and their respective managers) at Greenhouse. I'm interested in helping folks transition from being an engineer to engineering manager, and helping engineering managers grow to manage other managers and people in other disciplines. I also enjoy helping talented folks who may not have had the opportunity to be an engineer get into engineering.
