I'm a Senior Product Manager with a unique career trajectory that encompasses diverse roles and successful transition into Product Management from an unconventional background. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), but pivoted towards a Master's in Management Information Systems (MIS), blending analytical and managerial disciplines. My professional journey kicked off at Amazon as a Business Analyst, but my thirst for new challenges led me to transition into Program Management, where I honed my communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and process enhancement. However, my true passion reignited when I collaborated closely with Product Managers. Wrestling with imposter syndrome, I proactively embarked on pet projects that allowed me to delve into Product Management. Now, with 6+ years experience as a full-fledged Product Manager, I've never looked back. I'm an active participant in the Merit community as both a mentor and mentee. I am a software engineering coach passionated about the use of technology for social impact. After a completing my computer science studies in France, I spent 12 years at Google New York. I first worked as a software engineer and team lead on Google Maps and Google Web Search. Later I joined, as a founding member, the Google Crisis Response team to use technology to help people impacted by natural disasters. I am now coaching tech companies and startups in US, France, Kenya and Haiti to help them build their engineering culture and apply software engineering best practices to create better products and ship them faster.
